What We Do

Over the years of the Portsmouth Juvenile Court's services have varied from programs to help children understand the legal sysetem to a thirteen week co-ed boot camop. As a response to anecdotal and statistical research. FRIENDS' programs evolved to meet the needs of the Portsmouth community. Today there are four core programs:
